I wanted to let you know that sometimes the same smoothy is prepared differently, so there is not a consistent taste to them from time to time. This has only happened a few times out of the dozens of times I have ordered from you, but it is inconvenient when it happens. I notice this happens mostly when you are training new people. I would ask that you encourage your employees to be sure to follow the recipes, because, as you know, even a small change can drastically change the overall taste. Thank you! I preordered on the app so I didn’t have to wait. I didn’t realize that this location doesn’t have a refrigerator to pick up your mobile order with like the other Scottsdale location does. That would have improved the service.

The online ordering process was seamless. Inside of the store was very clean when I arrived. The cashier was very helpful and the rest of the staff were pleasant and friendly. I love coming to this location.

Really like bowls & smoothies … only suggestion is to improve consistency in way smoothies are made … example: health nut is usually thick/creamy (preferred), but occasionally thin and/or excess ice, and sometimes not in blender long enough resulting in large chunks of dates or ice

I always order the Popeye smoothie and it comes out different every time, there’s no consistency with what I’m going to get or taste. Also lately it’s been runny not think consistency
