I have been a longtime customer since Costa Mesa location, however after the horrific experience by the franchise on Shea and 101 and found out that they own the one on Frank Lloyd wright blvd and thompason peak location I don't give my business overall to all nektar locations. The franchise location owner they made my juice incorrectly and refused to do anything about it. She was a young girl and told me never to come back and she owned all the Nektar locations throughout the country. Seriously, she said that and I couldn't believe it. I filed a complaint and Nektar corporate never even bothered to contact me. I have liked all past employees at this location but the new staff is non friendly. Since the issue at the franchise location I notice others had the same problem. If this franchise location is able to do whatever they want Nektar slowly going to go out of business in this location because everyone knows eachother and we all talk amongst eachother.
