Why can't you service the oat bowls after 11am?? Some of us would like to have them for lunch!! Very disappointed.

Wonderful staff and super patient, it was my first time at a juice bar. Awnsering my questions and made a wonderful recommendation for the almond butter bowl.
I will think twice about coming to this location and will forsure be checking my food twice at the other locations. I ordered a protein smoothie bowl and when I got it there was a really moldy blueberry right on top. My husband went back in asked them to remake it the woman at the counter told him she can not remake it the moldy blueberry is on top not touching anything else than proceeds to scoop the old ones off and put new blueberries on. Very very disgusted with this place. Posted a picture of the moldy blueberry as well.
The counter person named Ashley was very rude. I’m paying $10.75 for an protein power bowl that isn’t filled up properly. I’m missing a good amount of base in my bowl. She asked if i wanted a bag and I said “yes please” and she just placed the bag on the counter and walked away. I go to this location almost every morning to get the same bowl and they always bag my item for me. Stuff usually like this doesn’t bother me and I don’t mind bagging things myself. But she had a very poor attitude and didn’t say have a great day. Not a great experience.

Their acai bowls are just a bowl of coloured ice topped off with fresh fruit and sugar loaded cereals. Yep; the only positive factor being the fresh fruit. Nothing to do with acai if you ask me!

Bowls and juices are great. But the staff is even better. Always so sweet and friendly. Mainly the reason I keep going to this one. Thanks to all the staff for being awesome.

Very nice place to get breakfast or brunch have a great acai bowl and good ginger shoots
Stuff is nice and friendly and price is good, the style is very welcoming and inviting and i defently recommend to check them out

Fast, friendly service. Everyone seemed to have fun doing their job even when the shop was very busy. Great sense of teamwork! Bowls and juices were delicious, although a bit steep in price. Nice experience over all.

I love your selection from the Acai bowls to the drinks. I am a fan of earnings rewards as well but your rewards points could improve. If I'm spending $10 to $40 to $100+ I only earn one fruit. Other places gives addition points to the value of the purchase (larger the purchase the more points earned) this is more of a movitation & incentive to continue to accumulate rewards points/continued business. Also, can you create an acai bowl that is less sugar/less carb for options to eat for dinner.
