I actually placed my order for the wrong time but the employees in store were so helpful and accommodating. Even though I was early they made my order very quickly and were happy to help. Smoothies were delicious and customer service was top tier. Great experience!!!!

Today was the first bad experience. I was in a rush and grabbed two smoothies. I should’ve noticed that they didn’t look right, but it they were full of chunky ice, different size chunk of maybe banana and no flavor. It was a complete waste of money. I was bringing one to somebody else, and I had to apologize for how it tasted. I almost called because I thought maybe it was a new person and she didn’t know how to blend or mix but I decided not to call. It’s too much to pay for a smoothie that taste that bad. Normally Nektar always gets it right and smoothies are delicious.

Order was supposed to be ready at 9:55 I didn’t leave with my smoothie until 10:17. Two GIANT online orders ahead of me backed up the whole place. There were the most people I’ve ever seen in there and two young girls working.
