The employee was friendly, and the smoothie was delicious. If I had to add anything, it would've just been nice if the Frankenstein smoothie had the chocolate drizzle/hair.

It's a corporate chain, however for the most part good customer service. Good smoothies and acai bowls, healthier option for eating out.
