The 2 young women working were very pleasant and courteous. I arrived earlier than my pick up time, which caused a slight hiccup, but they took care of it in a timely manner.
The store appeared closed when I first arrived due to dim lighting at the entrance.

My order is ready when I walk. in b/c your app is so easy to use!!! And, I like this location where it has the little fridge keeping my drink cold until I arrive.

I ordered my bowl on the app and the order was accurate and ready when I got there. Which was great!
However, I walked in the store, grabbed my bowl from the fridge. put it in a bag, and walked out of your store without being greeted or even acknowledged by anyone who worked there behind the counter. Maybe I’m old-fashioned but I appreciate at least being greeted or acknowledged! In all honesty, maybe the were all busy, but it just felt weird not having any human interaction with anyone. Just my opinion and thank you for letting me pass it along. :)
