Came in and when the girl who was working asked how she could help I said I had a pick up and she immediately got an. Attitude stating “if your order was ready it’d be out here in since it’s not out here that means it’s not ready”. And then when my order finally did come out she left it on the counter for 5 minutes not even putting it in the “pick up fridge” like she was rudely mentioning before. After helping other customers and leaving my bowl out to melt she then called my name. Didn’t get her name but she was short and had long dark brown hair.

They usually do a good job but I think there is a new girl there so my order was missing the beets and extra ginger so I asked for her to add the beets (it was green and its usually deep red) so I could tell they were missing and then I noticed the taste of parsley which I always request to not be put in it and it wasn't over ice like I asked on my online app order. It was my birthday juice so I was a little bummed but mistakes happen.
