I ordered online. I got my drink out of the holding refrigerator on my own. I said thank you to each of the male and female young people that were there. neither one of them responded to me. Then when I asked if they had heard me, the young man said no problem, and the girl smiled at me. That is a fail on customer service. The Via Ventura location is equally as close to me, so I would chose that location after my experience this am. Regarding the product, it was delicious.
