I had a really great experience, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The woman helping me got me a carrier for my acai bowl and juice and made sure I had a spoon, straw and some napkins. She was great, unfortunately I do not remember her name.

Today was the first bad experience. I was in a rush and grabbed two smoothies. I should’ve noticed that they didn’t look right, but it they were full of chunky ice, different size chunk of maybe banana and no flavor. It was a complete waste of money. I was bringing one to somebody else, and I had to apologize for how it tasted. I almost called because I thought maybe it was a new person and she didn’t know how to blend or mix but I decided not to call. It’s too much to pay for a smoothie that taste that bad. Normally Nektar always gets it right and smoothies are delicious.

It is always great. I specifically love the cooler at the register at this location. I can just go in a grab my drink and head out. Fast and easy. I wish more locations had this option.
