I ordered on line, but stood at the register for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged. There were seven people waiting for orders in the shop and they all had confused looks and said they’ve been waiting for quit awhile for drinks. two people walked out, so I believe you needed to have a little bit more service at 9:30 in the morning.

There are only two employees working an incredibly high volume store. I received my order but only after waiting for half an hour for an order I placed online, and my order was incorrect. I do not blame the two employees who were working, it’s clear they needed at least one extra pair of hands. I have had similar experiences at this store for years and would like to see something done about it.

I ordered at 8:30am for 10:30am pickup. Drink not ready when I arrived. Ready at 10:43. Not ok when I have a 10:45 appt.

The consistency of the greenie continues to vary greatly. As someone who had many of them today's was barely drinkable. If it's ingredients causing the issue a on occasional taste test may be warranted. Bowls are pretty uniform but greenie varies greatly time to time and location to location.
