The bowl really tasted great except for a few pieces of the fruit. There were some brown apple pieces as if they had been sitting out too long and then there was some of the stringy part from the banana. Kinda gross

The location opens at 7:00am and the order was scheduled to be picked up at 7:30am. I placed the order the afternoon prior. When I arrived at 7:30 am there was no one at the front counter for the first 5 minutes. I was greeted after 10 minutes, when the employee needed to put another pick up order in the front fridge.
I let her know I was there to pick up an order for Natalie and that I was in a time crunch to get to work. She let me know that she was still working on the order and it would be done in 15 minutes. She did not express any sort of apology or sense of urgency while making the order.
I left the location with the order at 8:05 and ended up being 20 minutes late for my work meeting with my executive team. I gave myself plenty of time to pick these up at 7:30 and get to work by 8am.
If you could please connect and provide support to the team at this location regarding the need to complete orders on time that would be greatly appreciated. I also think a lesson in how to navigate providing customer service to a guest when things don't go as planned would also be helpful. She never showed any kind of regret for taking my time and being over 30 minutes behind on a pick up order.

Service is excellent, prices are a bit steep. $15 for a large smoothie, $19 after tax & tip keeps me from visiting more.
