Not good at all. Will not go to this location again. I ordered one line from my car parked in front of your store. As I tried to get out of my car I realized I could not walk due to a recent procedure. In called the store at least 20 times went to vm. I finally got a customer coming out of store and explained my situation. A young lady finally came out, I asked if they had a phone she said they were swamped., which must have been online orders which I doubt at 630 on a Monday eve. There were zero in person cust omers when this ordeal started, and as I waited there for THIRTY MINUTES, I saw a total of 3. The girl was very snippy and not at all apologetic

Bowl was ‘slushy’ if that makes sense. Also, not a fan of the build your own thing. The old bowls were better than anything I could come up with.

The Nekter Hilton Village location is the best one I’ve been to in the valley. They are the most consistent as far as flavor and smoothness/texture of the smoothies. This location is also the only one I’ve been to that has the mobile order mini fridge where you can just walk in and pick up your mobile order, rather than waiting for an associate to help you.
