It was fine. I did an order ahead via the app so I went to the cooler and grabbed my order when I arrived. It was ready on time but didn’t have a spoon with it as requested and no one greeted me or spoke to me so I had zero interaction with any staff. Typically they are friendly though. It did not appear busy but I do believe a greeting and a “thank you” goes a long way in making customers feel welcomed and valued.

Our bowls were not made with the right ingredients, and were not very cold when we picked them up. It is not nearly as good as it was originally, with more fruit, and more in the bowl in general. I am not sure we will continue to eat here quite as often. It is still good, and obviously good for you, it is just no deal anymore.

I walked in and stood inside for a few minutes while the employees chatted in the back before completing my online order. When the order was ready I took it and left. I just got home and started eating and it’s not even the right base and I don’t like it at all.
