The wait here is atrocious. Read the other reviews. They are true. Every time takes 20+ minutes for a bowl and a smoothie. Stand around and contemplate making them or going to the back. Recently placed an order for a couple bowls and 4 juices. Told me it would take at least an hour. .... wth. Get it together already or get people who have some sense of urgency, please.

I used to come to this location all the time in high school a few years ago.
I recently moved back home and have visited this location three times. Each time, I have to wait 15 minutes for my small smoothie to be made. They are somehow always short staffed even when I see 3-4 workers in the back..
Today, I made my own smoothie, waited for 15 minutes, and my smoothie wasn't blended properly. There's chunks of fruit in my smoothie and after paying $10 for a small smoothie I don't want to drink it chunky.
If it wasn't going to be blended properly I might as well have gone to the store, blended the same ingredients, and made a better smoothie than what I got today. Thoroughly disappointed and will not return.

Love the products. Only feedback is that the smoothie I always get is made inconsistently, sometimes with no agave (forgot to add?), sometimes too much. I dont request anything different. Seems like it's at the discretion of the individual making the drink. Is there a recipe/formula they can follow more closely please? For almost $9 for a small drink the experience should be more consistent. Thanks.

Popeye Açaí Smoothie - tasted great! But, too much banana. I didn’t taste blueberry or açaí. Disappointed that the banana was so strong. Was hoping açaí and blueberry would be the primary flavors.

Super convenient ordering on the app! When I arrived to pick up my smoothie, the employee in the greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and & wished me a good day when I was leaving. So sweet!

Thanks for the speedy app and service at Nekter Quail Hill. I have been to this location a few times and am always served well. Whether there’s one staff member or 4, the service is awesome.
On this visit, I ordered an acai berry bowl. Unfortunately, the acai was like a soup texture. It had a very watery consistency - thinner than a smoothie blend. I’m not sure if this was an accident but wanted to provide the feedback. Flavors were great but the consistency was weird.
