Smoothies too watery. They obviously try to save money at customers expense by flooding with ice.
I ordered online and requested pineapple and chia add ons which I paid for, but they neglected to add these again trying to penny pinch at customers expense.
Which I could give better report but I’m sure you would like to know the truth so you can improve

My family and I love Nekter. The order I placed at this location was ready on time. Both smoothies were delicious, although they could have used more blending. Both had an uncharacteristically chunky consistency.

I love your bowls they’re so good but it always takes forever! I waited for 10 minutes after it was supposed to be done and the girls working there never walked away from behind the counter where they were making a smoothie and just chatting with each other. Just kinda frustrating

My issue with this location is even if I walk in at the time it says my order is ready it’s still another 5-10 minutes and they always seem surprised about my order like they didn’t know about it. I am a busy mom and usually popping in to grab my smoothie while my kids are asleep and having to wait longer even after the estimated pick up time is a bit frustrating.

This Nekter location makes the best smoothies. I live closer to another Nekter, but I will go out of my way for this location! I will be coming back!!
