Not the best representation of the Nekter brand, convenient location to have but every time I’ve been here it’s very busy and very understaffed, they frequently mess up mobile orders and it takes 2x as long to get your juice or açaí bowl. There definitely needs to be some changes made but like I said location wise, very convenient.
Customer service was great, however the actual drink I felt was below usual quality. I ordered the Pink Flamango and it didn't have its usual taste. If anything it had a flavor frost bite flavor that did not seem fresh.

This is my second time here. My firsf experience was great, my acai bowl was delicious. I came here today and order the same thing but it tasted more like Baby food rather than acai. I live right down the street so that didn’t effect it. It doesn’t taste like acai and I wish I could’ve gotten a remake of I ate it in the store

The last two times I came here I ordered the acai mango bowl and both times they left huge frozen chunks of acai unblended in my bowl.Will not be coming to this location again. Genuinely unsatisfied with my experience.

we had popeye acai and strawberry smoothie and tasted not good. seems something was missing in popeye acai smoothie.
the strawberry smoothie was not tasting at all like strawberries.

I like the store and the vibe but it kills me to order non-organic juice. I do so because the location is convenient to me, but I would go almost daily if there were organic options.

We are frequent customers of Nekter. One of our favorite drinks is the Health Nut smoothie and we get it regularly. Today post workout we decided we needed a boost and stopped at this location. This was the WORSE smoothie I've ever had. It was all I've so now I feel like I just paid $8.00 for chipped ice. It was given to us also covered in the drink as no one bothered to wipe it off after pouring it in the cup. Didn't realize it would be this awful or we would of turned around and asked for our money back as we stopped here enroute to an appointment. One of the reason we frequent Nekter is for consistency and quality. This is by far our worse experience in ANY juice/smoothie place!!!

This feedback is for Nekter Juice Bar Tustin which is not on your list. They need help. I order on line and I still have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I came in today, check in, and still waited for about 25 minutes to find out that they had it ready and put it aside without tell me or calling out my name. They need help.
