Service could be faster and more efficient. Ordered on app and walked into store 5 min later. Asked person behind counter about my order and that's when they went to look for order ticket in the back. No one else in the store. She immediately made my drink afterwards. Process should be more seamless. Starbucks processes many more app orders and are very efficient. Your entire process should be examined to be more efficient. I have been ordering from Nekter for years and never understand why the process is so inefficient.

I order a 16oz toxin flush juice with ice. I got a half full 32oz juice that literally only tasted like water. It was 1,5 inches of green juice in the middle of the bottle and the rest of the fluid looked and tasted like water… This was not the toxin flush I’m usually are having.

I’ve been to this location before and have been satisfied with my experience, but on this visit the employee I interacted with had a bit of an attitude and his mask pulled down under his nose. During this current indoor mask mandate and with he Omnicron variant or covid I feel masking correctly is important for the food industry. The employee also didn’t seem to be customer service oriented. I asked a question about ordering in the app and he couldn’t answer the question and was dismissive about it. He didn’t seem to take his job very seriously and wasn’t very friendly.

Juice and shot quality was great! Online system was not working properly so we showed up at the store and they stated our order hadn’t been received. A bit of a delay in our day.
