Unfortunately I order to the wrong location. I never picked up my order. I tried several times to call and cancel no one picked up.. not sure who I had to call.. so never picked up my stuffed .

We've been visiting this location for a few years and this is our least favorite location in Irvine. Last week, not for this order, I ordered two bowls and they turned out runny (as always) and another Irvine location is able to make it very creamy and satisfying to eat. For the order on Friday, I ordered two Toxin Flush drinks on mobile and this is our go-to drink. When I got to the store, the drinks were not made yet. When ready, I thought the color looked odd but I thought it could've been due to the lighting. It tasted different. I went back to the store and the associate let me know they were out of spinach, which was a crucial ingredient. Even though I was offered a bottled drink for two drinks that were messed up, I thought that the associate could've let me know that they were out of spinach when I got to the store, so I could've changed my order. I would like to be compensated for two similar drinks please.

Need more workers on weekends as it seems to always be more than a 15-30 minute wait despite ordering online.
