This locale and RSM locale are amaze. Was in Chandler, AZ this weekend and empty shelves made it look barren. These south OC spots are sweet.

I've noticed that the last several times that I ordered the acai banana berry bowl, it's been on the runny side. I usually order via app & pick up shortly after and I've also ordered inside the store & noticed that it's not as thick.
It's probably like a smoothie consistency but it's not thick at all. So in that respect I've been very disappointed. When you dig your spoon into the bowl, I don't think it should be that soft. Maybe it's the quality control issue with the staff.
