Great service, someone had arrived store before me and claimed my order. After showing my confirmed order receipts they quickly made me another toxin flush.

Usually it is great, but my last visit was a disappointment. The drink was very watery and it did not taste good. It was a waste of money as I had to toss it.

I ordered online with a 3:15pm pickup time bc I had work at 3:30pm and felt I could make it. When I arrived at the shop at 3:20pm, I found not only had my order not even been started, but the two girls on the back where kind of just puttering around and staring off into space while their poor manager had to deal with the army of wasp mothers angry about also not having their stuff ready yet at the front. I decided to just tough it out and be patient, but well past 3:30pm when I was now late for my own job, these girls still didn’t start on my drink until I had to go up and ask them for an update. It was at that moment they finally realized there were actually other orders to work on. I feel bad for the manager, she’s was trying to placate people but the two kids working for her definitely need some practice and extra help learning to work on their own. They seem very helpless without someone guiding them. One girl just gave me a half assed sorry before giving me my drink (which tasted off…) before she went back to lollygagging in the back away from customers. I try not to Karen but jeezus, I work in service and this is just embarrassing to watch
