I ordered two smoothies online. Arrived 15 minutes later to pick them up and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to be made. It’s an incredibly long time for a smoothie.

Always the slowest. I watched people come in and place an order 5-10 minutes after I arrived and they got their order right away. 25 minutes later, I’m still waiting.
The app said it would be ready at 1:35 PM. This is the second time I have come to the store and had the same thing happen. Won’t be back.

Placed order online - although the order was made quickly, we weren’t greeted when we went inside and unfortunately the bowl was not as frozen as it usually is - it was super apply, more like a smoothie. Kiddo had to “drink” it after eating the toppings. For the price, these shouldn’t be hit or miss like this.
