I wasn’t acknowledged at all while picking up my online order. Also, my smoothie, which I order quite frequently, seemed to lack flavor and had far more ice than actual ingredients. I upgraded to a large this time and I feel like the extra volume was likely nothing but ice. I’ll stick with regular sized smoothies from now on.

I've had 100% consistency with the food I order! The app is so easy to use. I order my smoothie and take my dog for a walk to Nekter, just a few blocks away. Your bowls, smoothies and parfaits are so tasty I can't stay away :-)

I know Saturdays are busy but it seemed like the employees were walking through molasses. There was absolutely no hurry on any of their parts. I made an online order and sat and waited and watched while walk-ins got their order before me. And then realized that my order was sitting behind the counter rather than having been placed in the refrigerator when it was completed. So frustrating!

Nekter is always the BEST treat for my granddaughters after school! I order in advance and it's ready when we get there - makes them very happy!
