I've had difficulty with ordering on my APP!!
I'm unsettled when this happens and have to wait for an instore order.
We are regulars and it is always pleasant, it would just be so much
better to order in advance so it's ready when we arrive?!?

Nekter Ladera Ranch is my go-to place for excellent service and fantastic smoothies. They always deliver timely and accurate service.

This is the BEST Nekter location near us. We actually drive further to go to this one instead of the two other locations (Mission Viejo and Lake Forest) that are a lot closer to us because Ladera Ranch is consistent with their bowls and service. The MV and LF ones sometimes underfill the bowls and/or having missing ingredients.

Waiting 40 minutes for two Acia bowls was a little crazy. When I brought it to the attention of your workers, they were not very helpful.
Please note that there were not busy at all.
I will have to think about ordering from them again.
