I was there this morning around 9:30. The 2 young girls that were working were very polite and efficient. There were a few people in and out while I was waiting for my drink and they acknowledged everyone that came in and were pleasant with them as well. My drink came out promptly. I always order the toxic flush and it is usually consistently good.

I placed my order on the app and when I came in to pick it up, it was ready and waiting. The young lady at the front counter greeted me and offered me napkins and a bag for my bowl. Very friendly and helpful!

This past visit I ordered via app so there was hardly a contact except 1 guy helper did look up at me & I looked at him meaning we're both good since I just took it out of the PICK UP fridge. The previous time I had gone in there (about 1.5 mos ago), I went in to order and it took a few mins before anyone acknowledged me (no other customers were in there - just me) so I was hesitant in visiting this place again. But I strongly know that it's truly about customer service when it comes to food services/counter services. Acknowledging, saying "Hello" or "I'll be right with you" is all it takes so a customer won't have a bad taste in their mouth about a store.
