Normally the service is great, but the last time I ordered I got a Power Protein bowl and the peanut butter was missing which was the main reason I ordered.

My Girlfriend and I discovered Nekter just a week ago and we really love it. We even downloaded the app and start to order there everyday. Just yesterday when we ordered our favorite warermelon cooler, something is odd with the taste. It is not pure watermelon but we tasted something like celery or any green vegetable flavor. We tried to drink it because we don’t want it get into waste but we cannot tolerate it and just ended there. Just be cautious in preparing the orders and make it the best as possible as drinks is not cheap in your store.

I think having one more person or one more register at the Ladera Ranch store might help. Especially on weekends or when running a 2 for 1 promotion. Last Saturday was a good example. The store was very busy and the wait time on getting our order was longr than usual
