I have ordered through the mobile app a few times and the last 2 times, my order wasn’t even being made until I arrived at the store and informed them that I was picking up my mobile order. Very inefficient - today I placed an order at 6:42 for pick up at 7:55 which gives a whole hour to prepare my order. When I got to the store at 7:45 and asked for my order, it hadn’t even been made yet and some other order that was placed after mine was being made. I ended up having to wait about 15 minutes and was almost late to work. Not sure what the point of ordering ahead is if we still have to wait that long to get our orders once we get to the store.
