I had ordered online and scheduled a pick up about 30 mins ahead. I showed up to the store at my pick-up time and it was not ready. I watched as multiple customers walked-in, made orders, and received their drinks before mine.

The service was excellent and the web ordering are great, but the last few times we’ve ordered from here, the orders all seemed to have a smoky flavor to them. I’m not sure if the recipe changed or if there’s something burning in one of the blenders, but it definitely tastes different.

My pick up time was 1:37. It’s 1:51 now and I’m still waiting in store. The store is very short staffed. I suggest you increase your pick up times, better to be honest.

They employees are very nice. I go Brea,CA location at least 2 times a week.
I feel they are under staffed. The wait it always too long. Today I had to wait over 30 mins to get my smoothie. I ordered on my phone so when I arrived it would be ready since I go there on my lunch time. Since they took so long today I was late back to work.
