The employee was fast in preparing the order and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve had mediocre bowls at this location. The acai protein bowl was flavorless, runny with almost no texture and lacked some ingredients. Really poor product experience and last time I will be visiting this location.

I just had major abdominal surgery, so I’m confined to limited activities. I don’t have much of an appetite, as I’ve been nauseous. :-( I’ve ordered Nekter from Brea Union Plaza everyday, since my surgery. My husband picks up my orders for me and he told me that each time he’s gone in that he gets good customer service.
