Love Nekter! I often go to Nekter for smoothies. But sometimes it is not consistent. On some days I get a perfect smoothie that has a icy/thick texture that's like a slurpee. But on some days, I get a smoothie that feels like I'm drinking juice. If it's like juice, I might as well just order juice instead of smoothie. I get a smoothie because I like to have an icy/thicker texture than juice.

This place makes the best ginger shots. Timely service. Whom ever owns the Anaheim hills festival shop has terrible management. Won’t return calls on a messed up order. Manager won’t come out of back office to speak with me on fixing the issue and I’ve left my phone number without them for call back. Staff is paranoid to help me and tells me to call the number. Again no response. You guys get my business now. Gladly.

My mobile order was not ready on time, at least 5 mins late. I patiently just waited and no one asked my name or if I was waiting for a mobile order. When it was finally ready the girl just put my order in the freezer and didn't even announce my order was ready. Luckily I happen to see her put them in the freezer and I had to ask if that was my order.

The employee who gave me my order was friendly. :) Not sure that the mango was added inside, as I did not taste it and was supposed to be added on the inside. I have severe food and environmental allergies and just started 10-in-a-rowsneezes and having some reactions. I marked off Gluten free granola, but didn't sub peanut butter for almond butter, as I didn't see that option.

Today I ordered online and waited 15 minutes passed my quoted time. I appreciate the girl apologizing for the wait. Another thing that this store lacks in is customer service upon entry. 90% of the time, when I walk in, I am not greeted. I have stood there for 5 minutes on many occasion before anyone acknowledged me. It’s very awkward standing there. For this reason, if there was a closer location, I would go there instead. If they are busy, I still expect a “hello, we will be right with you.”

This location is chronically late for filling the orders in a timely manner. I generally order via the app which gives me plenty of time to drive to the location for the indicated pick up time. For instance today, my pick up time was 6:03 PM. My order was not ready until 6:10 PM. There was only one other customer in the store.
