Our açaí bowls are prepared according to Nékter’s standard recipe and portioning procedures, including the prescribed açaí base, ingredients, and toppings for each menu item. Since you experienced missing ingredients on two occasions, we would like to investigate this further. Furthermore, we understand how frustrating a long wait can be. Although brief delays may occasionally be unavoidable during busy periods, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. A 30-minute wait, and especially a wait of over an hour, is not the standard of service we want to provide.
