Since you experienced missing ingredients on two occasions, we would like to investigate this further. A 30-minute wait, and especially a wait of over an hour, is not the standard of service we want to provide. We are a new team with some of our employees being actively trained, as you have rightly mentioned, but we understand that this does not make the delay any less frustrating. Our açaí bowls are prepared using Nékter’s standard recipe, which includes a measured serving of açaí blend as the base, with space reserved for granola, fresh fruit, and other selected toppings. Every bowl should still contain the full standard portion. If your bowl contained less açaí than expected, we sincerely apologize, and we would be happy to offer you a complimentary remake. We have also reviewed your order receipt carefully for reference. Your order was placed as two BYO Açaí Banana Berry Bowls, with no blueberry inside and no strawberry inside, along with the other customizations shown on the receipt. We also want to clarify that Nékter’s Açaí Banana Berry base is a blended preparation, rather than a separate layer of pure açaí placed underneath the toppings. The standard base incorporates açaí with other ingredients, and your order specifically requested that blueberry and strawberry be excluded from the blend. As a result, the appearance, texture, and overall balance of a customized bowl can differ from a traditional açaí bowl that may have a more substantial layer of açaí puree. Based on the receipt, our team prepared the order according to the customizations that were entered. We completely understand, however, that the final product may not have matched what you expected, and we are genuinely sorry that you were disappointed. We also noticed that the same concern appears to have been shared from two accounts across multiple platforms. We completely respect your right to share your experience and understand how important it is for customers to be able to provide honest feedback.
