Went here for the first time today and I was so pleasantly surprised! The portion sizes are great, I got a “regular” strawberry cloud smoothie and it was way bigger than expected and definitely worth the price. I also got the strawberry protein waffles and they were the perfect snack! I have a nut allergy and the staff were extremely accommodating to that. They ensured me that they triple sanitized the equipment, kept it separate from all the other orders, and clearly labeled my order to differentiate it from the others. Felt safe and comfortable the whole time. Will definitely be back!!!!

I had such a great experience at Nekter! The customer service was excellent, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the recommendations they gave me, especially when choosing something for my toddler! They were patient, knowledgeable, and made sure we found something my baby would enjoy. We will definitely be coming back!

I love a place not serving absolute junk! If you want something healthy and quick save your body go to Nekter! This environment at this one is super friendly and welcoming. Very clean all around and decorated appropriately with fun games for the kids and family! The smoothies are great! I can’t wait to try more of the good variety of items like Açaí bowls, protein waffles next time I’m in the area but the smoothies are delicious!

Such a great experience! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the customer service was amazing. My drink was made super quickly, which I really appreciated, and it was absolutely delicious! I love that there are healthier options that still taste so good. The bowls and smoothies here are very good however I have noticed missing ingredients two times before and the wait time is far too long. I’ve been to other locations and it’s a quick, fast process. Coming here is almost dreadful because im always waiting about 30 minutes for an acai bowl hopefully this is fixed asap because its simply not convenient to come here for a quick smoothie and end up waiting half an hour, I could cook a whole meal within the time frame I wait for 2 acai bowls.

Our açaí bowls are prepared according to Nékter’s standard recipe and portioning procedures, including the prescribed açaí base, ingredients, and toppings for each menu item. Since you experienced missing ingredients on two occasions, we would like to investigate this further. Furthermore, we understand how frustrating a long wait can be. Although brief delays may occasionally be unavoidable during busy periods, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused. I’ve been there twice this week and I love the radiant raspberry bowl and immunity shots, however the wait time is too long. The first time I went a young lady was being trained, so I thought that was why. Unfortunately I was wrong just left today and still a 30 minute wait and others were leaving and also making complaints, one woman waited over an hour, too long for a smoothie. I do think everything else is wonderful. Need more staff or training.
