Y’all seem understaffed and low on inventory each time I’ve come in. This location has so many people coming and going but one bad experience will turn them off from ever coming back. Ordering ahead in the app seems the only “good experience” possibility. There are no chairs despite the long wait times when you don’t order ahead. I’ve come in 5 times on a weekend and each time I’ve waited about 15-20 minutes for a smoothie.
Hopefully the service turns around and the fridge is one day stocked with ready to go juices… or shots! We loved the Vancouver, WA location, but this one isn’t as great.

We are unfortunately not allowed to have seating in the lobby because we do not have a public bathroom. We are also working hard to get the ready to go juices in stock and out for sale as soon as we can! We hope to improve your experience and make your visits as enjoyable as they were in Vancouver, WA.
Loved this place until they got rid of the beet juice. Won’t be coming back now. Having beet juices was the only thing that gave this place a draw for me. Rush bowls is better in every way.

The smoothie was pretty average, the bowl was slightly better than the smoothie, but not amazing. Service was not the friendliest and the atmosphere is not designed to make you feel invited, it’s more of a place to get your stuff and get out. Overall, i’d rather just make my own smoothie at home.
