Love this smoothie shop and visit the LO location multiple times a week—so I was very excited to see they have a location near a weekly appointment I have. Unfortunately my experience at this location was pretty disappointing. I have an allergy to an ingredient in their vanilla protein powder, so I always ask for collagen powder instead (protein powder and collagen are the same cost on their add-ins menu, so this appears to be a 1:1 swap, and I’ve never had an issue). The young man at the counter was very challenged by this request and said it was not possible to do in his system. I advised that I order it like this at the LO location often and shared that I have an allergy—and asked if it would be possible for him to just replace the ingredient if he couldn’t figure out how to do it in his system. He seemed very flustered, and said unfortunately not. But he said he could add collagen, leave out the protein powder and charge me for the collagen. I pointed out it was the same cost on their menu to add collagen or protein powder so on principle, I was not interested in paying extra for the swap because he couldn’t figure it out in his POS system. He was very polite and apologetic, but it would behoove this location to better train their employees to handle a simple request like this, as at a smoothie shop modification requests are inevitable. I will add that upon leaving, I remembered they have a custom smoothie option, so I don’t understand why this was such a difficult ask.

Too inconsistent to be considered good. I like the smoothies when they're good, but there have been too many occasions where my order got messed up. I have ordered a regular and received a small. I have received smoothies that still have huge chunks in them, or are too thick to drink with a straw. I'll have to go elsewhere since I can't rely on this place

Finally, a smoothie that's not full of dairy or kale. Absolutely delicious!! Plenty of flavors. Healthy drink that quenched my thirst thanks to the coconut water. Added protein whey and did not notice any of that protein grit. I gave 4 stars due to the high price. Hopefully as the business spreads the price gets more reasonable. Highly recommend even with the price. This is going too be a regular stop for me.

I ordered the pb & j and it was delicious & refreshing! 🩷 the smoothie consistency was perfect & it had the right amount of sweetness. the price for the mini was a tad bit much though lol. the shop itself was so clean & bright but I think it would be nice if there was a table or 2 so it could be a bit more welcoming. all in all, I will be back to try more 😂

I regularly get Nekter's smoothies from GrubHub delivered. Today, I ordered one for pick-up. The store was spotless when I arrived, and I waited only momentarily for the man working in the shop to come out and offer to help me. My smoothie was all ready to go and was being kept cold in a fridge near the front counter. The employee was so nice and friendly. When I mentioned that it was my first time in and I usually use GrubHub, he told me about the Nekter app, and cautioned me to double check the location for Murray Hill so it gets to the right place. As a small business owner, he is the kind of person I would want working for me. I hope Nekter recognizes the quality service he provides. He may an AWESOME first impression of what picking up my own order is like. He also didn't laugh at my pjs and slippers.

Y’all seem understaffed and low on inventory each time I’ve come in. This location has so many people coming and going but one bad experience will turn them off from ever coming back. Ordering ahead in the app seems the only “good experience” possibility. There are no chairs despite the long wait times when you don’t order ahead. I’ve come in 5 times on a weekend and each time I’ve waited about 15-20 minutes for a smoothie. Hopefully the service turns around and the fridge is one day stocked with ready to go juices… or shots! We loved the Vancouver, WA location, but this one isn’t as great.

Love the smoothies

The smoothie was pretty average, the bowl was slightly better than the smoothie, but not amazing. Service was not the friendliest and the atmosphere is not designed to make you feel invited, it’s more of a place to get your stuff and get out. Overall, i’d rather just make my own smoothie at home.

We came here and found out that it was their official grand opening. They have a selection of items to choose from - acai bowls, supercool smoothies, protein smoothies, juices, wellness shots, and yogurt parfaits. I got the Pink Flamingo smoothie which included dragon fruit, strawberry, pineapple, coconut water and agave nectar. I really enjoyed this drink as it was not too sweet and very refreshing. This is counter service and the person working the register was nice to us while we figure out what we wanted to get. My friends all got something different and enjoyed their drinks as well.
