I have a custom juice order everytime. The staff is absolutely the sweetest, friendliest and ready to serve their guests immediately, EVERY SINGLE TIME!! I enjoy the fresh juice and quality of product. It is incomparable!!

Love this smoothie shop and visit the LO location multiple times a week—so I was very excited to see they have a location near a weekly appointment I have. Unfortunately my experience at this location was pretty disappointing. I have an allergy to an ingredient in their vanilla protein powder, so I always ask for collagen powder instead (protein powder and collagen are the same cost on their add-ins menu, so this appears to be a 1:1 swap, and I’ve never had an issue). The young man at the counter was very challenged by this request and said it was not possible to do in his system. I advised that I order it like this at the LO location often and shared that I have an allergy—and asked if it would be possible for him to just replace the ingredient if he couldn’t figure out how to do it in his system. He seemed very flustered, and said unfortunately not. But he said he could add collagen, leave out the protein powder and charge me for the collagen. I pointed out it was the same cost on their menu to add collagen or protein powder so on principle, I was not interested in paying extra for the swap because he couldn’t figure it out in his POS system. He was very polite and apologetic, but it would behoove this location to better train their employees to handle a simple request like this, as at a smoothie shop modification requests are inevitable. I will add that upon leaving, I remembered they have a custom smoothie option, so I don’t understand why this was such a difficult ask.

I love this place! I like being able to order online for pickup and earn points. All of the bowls are delicious. Usually the bowls are filled to the top, almost to a point where you can’t stir it. Today I ordered 2 of the same bowl for me and a friend, and it appears like they made 1 bowl and basically split it in half instead of giving me 2 full bowls like usual (see photo I posted). I’m disappointed considering I order from here quite often. I’m hoping we can find a solution to this, thank you!

The staff that work here are rude and very slow. I would find another juice bar if I were you.

Was excited to finally try this place! Walked in with my two young kids and no one was at the desk. Eventually a worker came out and immediately my daughter clung to me because they didn’t smile or say hello. We figured out our order without much help from the staff and waited what felt like 15 minutes to get our bowl. My daughter said she felt scared after she saw the worker look at her through the kitchen window. Overall the bowl was tasty but the vibes were not friendly or welcoming and I would not come here again, especially with my kids.

Too inconsistent to be considered good. I like the smoothies when they're good, but there have been too many occasions where my order got messed up. I have ordered a regular and received a small. I have received smoothies that still have huge chunks in them, or are too thick to drink with a straw. I'll have to go elsewhere since I can't rely on this place

This place is incredible. I would say I'm a regular. Everything here is absolutely fantastic. It's always spotless. There is no seating, only standing room. However there is seating outside at a shared establishment. The guys who work here are very nice too! Also if you get ice in your juices they always bump you up the next size cup so you don't lose out on your juice. I think this place is very fairly priced too! I love love love nekter!

Great experience as a new customer. Definitely been back a few times now. Protein Power with Whey is my favorite so far.
