Came today after my coworker told me about her juice cleanse she does. I tried this location, I start them tommrow. My issue was I go and ask the girl "so how do these work, should I eat with it, " ect. Basic questions. She states at me and says "let me get the manager" man comes out and basically is Also clueless and shows me a pamphlet.
For 51$ for 6 juices, I wanna know what I'm buying. =/
Please educate your staff, was pretty unprofessional.
Love Nekter, but the service was ridiculously slow those morning - i have never had a bad experience here but the woman this morning was rude , and aggressive and should not be working here if she’s that miserable! Also took over 20 minutes to make 2 juices - she was slow and could have at least acknowledged she was going to take that long. There was another person in back who was sitting down the entire time and could have assisted ! Normally this location has outstanding customer service… Hope they hire new staff!
I had such a great experience at Nekter Juice Bar! The juice was yummy and tasted super fresh—definitely felt like a healthy choice that didn’t compromise on flavor. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a refreshing, feel-good treat!
My wife, dog and I have been coming here every week and the service is even better than the smoothies! Awesome workers and vibe!

Updating my review to one star bc I went in to order a smoothie tonight (02/15/25) - the cashier had the sniffles (no problem) - after taking my order , she went to the back - blew her nose into a napkin and then immediately started to prepare my smoothie without washing her hands , using gloves or taking another other precautions to prevent the spread of harmful bacteria and germs. I was floored and completely disgusted! I started ringing the bell to get their attention and ended up requesting a refund. The person in charge of providing the refund didn’t see to care when I provided feedback as to why I wanted a refund. I will never ever be back !

Helpful staff , place smelled soooo good and yummy and smoothie was top tier! I only live two minutes away and cannot believe I had been driving by this place without stopping for so long. I’m glad that I discovered it and can’t wait to go back.

Solid stop for health food!! Really delicious clean drinks without a bunch of sweeteners in them, and friendly people working behind the counter. Hope this place sticks around for a long time :)

I tried this place a few days ago for the first time & have already gone back. It’s super clean inside & the girls that work there are friendly & very helpful. I ordered the pink flamingo & was very happy with my choice. So yummy & refreshing. Would choose over smoothie king anyday.

Super kind young women working who made our first experience here a great one! My son has a sensitive stomach, and he said, "It is so nice to drink a smoothie that doesn't hurt my stomach!"

My hair stylist told me about this place. I left her and went directly there, got a açaí bowl. Ate the entire thing. Sooooo good
