Today was my first time coming to this place and I can say that it was definitely a great experience and I will be coming back!!!!. The customer service was great and the worker was very helpful when I had questions about things on the menu. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

I was here for their grand opening and have been returning almost daily since then.
This is the best place to get juices, smoothie s, açai bowls and ice cream.
All the products are made fresh and inhouse . The staff are also very pleasant.
I'll be coming back here and will tell all my friends about this place.

This is a fruit fusion bar if you want to have all the fruits taste in a cup, Nekter juice bar is the destination. I love the mix coming again

I had the juice and it was nice. Time for me to take a break from stressing myself from making my own juice. My cousin had the smoothie and it was nice.

Stopped in with my family of 4 and we all ordered different items on the menu. What delicious and nutritious juices and smoothie bowls! We loved the location - it was clean and well kept. We will definitely be returning!

Came in for some bowls my wife is HIGHLY allergic to nuts. I got the bowl made to avoid any issues with her allergies and was assured it was completely nut free.
Wife ate the bowl and now we’re in the ER.

Hi Pivotal, this is Addie and I'm the store manager at the Nekter juice bar here at Hub 121. First, I'm deeply sorry about your experience. I would have loved to call you or your wife, but I can't find a phone number on the receipt. I hope and pray that she's doing much better now. Please, help me send my sincere prayers to her.
On the other hand, the moment I saw your review, I swung into action and investigated this issue. I was able to fish-out your order, tracked down my employee that made the order and I have taken the maximum corrective actions effective immediately. I know this does not repair the damage, but I hope that my actions would prevent a re-occurrence of this. I would not want any of my customers to ever have this kind of experience again.
Lastly, I take full responsibility of this colossal fail, and I would like the rare opportunity to personally make it up to you and your wife. I know this is a BIG ask, given the seriousness of the situation. But I hope that I would at least have the chance to speak with you.
