I wish I could give less than a star. Whoever was working cashier 8/28/25 at 2 in the afternoon, was not working. She was too engaged in her personal conversation in the back to address not only me but 3 other customers at different times. 2 customers waited for over 5 minutes at the register before being noticed. My personal experience was similar and when I stressed my food allergies, she didn't acknowledge me. I asked again if the bowl would be safe and she said "yeah I heard you." Very rude. Not very mindful. I come here a lot after work, but probably won't going forward if she's here.

Always a pleasant experience coming here. The worker with the ponytail and glasses seemed a little stressed today but I won’t let that stop me from visiting this location.

The person at the front desk wasn’t friendly. My bowls have also been inconsistent lately. The one I had the other day was really light and not very strong in flavor. The one I had this morning was very runny, more like a soup consistency. I feel like the ladies at the register lately are only kind of they see that they have received a tip. The consistency of the produce and service has really gone downhill lately.

I love Nekter but my order is only right about 50% of the time. Your app lets me select to have peanut butter added to the inside of my bowl and then remove the drizzle from the top. This is my preferred way. However, the way it prints out on the ticket for your crew it just says “add peanut butter” and then another line that says “no peanut butter”. Some team members read between the lines and do it right and some don’t and then just leave peanut butter out altogether. This is not just at Prasada location but all locations I go to in both Az and Ca. Please fix how my order prints out. If it could show what is to go inside and what is to go on top I think it would help them. OR teach them how to read the ticket and if they aren’t sure, call me! Thank you
