Don’t usually leave reviews but I will now come to this store every time I crave Nekter. I usually go to the bell location but driving 5 extra minutes is worth it. Bri was very helpful and recommended me something I hadn’t tried before. 10/10 will return.

Dianna was at the counter to take our order. Upon paying at the kiosk, a 15% tip, or $6.58 was generated just for taking our order. We didn't realize this until our order came out. When we went back in to dispute it she acted as if she had no idea how that could have happened and then refused to reverse the tip charge. Thankfully, the owner found my number through the rewards app I used and she provided a reasonable solution that will allow us to continue to be loyal customers.

Per usual, product is super yummy and service is good! We ordered 2 chocolate peanut butter smoothies via mobile app and just stopped in to pick them up.
