Aside from always making exceptional smoothies and bowls, their customer service is on point! There was an error with my order which was rectified immediately with a phone call from the owner! If I could give 6 stars I would :)

I love all products. And would have given a 10. However, I was charged for something I didn’t receive. It’s important to check the order to the receipt to make sure everything is there. Especially on online orders.

The only issue I have with Nekter is that I still have to scan my receipt for rewards when I order through the app. Usually, I forget. Yesterday I remembered, but there was an issue with the app, & I gave up after not being able to scan or enter the code multiple times. The Robeks app is set up to automatically add my rewards when I order through it.
