This location is a little further than the other location at civic center in Surprise for me , but it is all worth it because the customer service is way better at Prasada. The general manager is so sweet and her customer service is on point! My family and I will only be going to the prasada location only!

I wrote a review on yelp because of how friendly this location was. They accommodated my strange drink request and were so nice. At one point they even addressed me by my name and as anyone knows that’s customer service 101 to make people feel good. The store was also super clean and I appreciated that.

Ordering App. was glitchy and had trouble placing and completing my order. While at the location, my order was ready for me and staff assisted quickly so I could be in my way.
