The smoothies and bowls I love. On one visit I had to wait approximately 5 mins before someone came to the front counter to give me my Mobile order from the fridge. Other than that the employees have been polite and professional.

I order an online Pb bowl and when it got to my house I notice BEFORE I even opened the said bowl i notice that it had little to no - zero peanut butter in the bowl. Then I go in to see if i could get it fixed i was meet with so much attitude is honestly disgusting and revolting, i was highly advise Janet to meet and treat customers better, to make the problem even worse, as i was leaving i over heard the "head" manager or store owner Tim talk to Janet about the problem and proceeds to belittle her in front of the main lobby so unprofessional and left a bad taste in my mouth for the necter brand. Me and my friends and family will not be returning to necter, Thank you Tim and Janet

Smoothies & bowls are good but employees are always rude to us I don't know why, I thought it was just them hating their job but when I see other people order they are nice to them, I hate to say this but I feel like they are racist towards me & my wife, they are super nice to white people tho, very unfortunate

Excellent as always. And Ann is a delight. She is what customer service should look like. Bowls and smoothies are top notch. Keep up the good work

If I could give zero stars I would. Please don’t go to this location, first the employees have no or zero customer service. I placed an order in line on 5/13 for pick up, 4 peanut butter bowls , added blue berries. I picked my order up, when I got home, the order was incorrect, no peanut butter was added to any of the bowls, barely anything was in any of the bowls. I called the store, spoke with an employee, explained that I just picked up my order, peanut butter bowls. I gave her my name, she asked the order I placed in store, I said no I placed on line for pickup. She informed I can either come back to the store or pick up another day. I said I would like the correct order today. I went back to the store, pulled up my order on my phone, the person taking my order, processed to tell me that they add peanut butter to my previous orders, I explained to her that there was no peanut butter whatsoever, we stirred the bowls and there was no peanut butter. She started to be accusatory, I told her I know what I ordered and I’m reading of my phone. All of as sudden, another girl comes out from the back and started telling me we don’t want you to speak to our employees that way, I was shocked and responded to her, what way are you accusing me of, I’m just explaining how I placed my order, she kept repeating the same phrase, I just asked her not to speak to me with a tone, she continues to stare at me while I was waiting for the order. I will never go back to this location in the new prosada or any other locations. They have young untrained children working with zero customer service or respect. The owner Tim Severson, need to train his employees on customer service, not just making money. Tim doesn’t deserve my business or anyone else’s . Please stay away from any of the Nektar locations. Not worth it or worth the disrespect from these employees.

I was stoked to find out Nekter was coming to my hood in Surprise because I was over driving 20 minutes to the one on Lake Pleasant but I really dig the Açaí bowls and smoothies ! I think most of the staff at the Prasada location are nice personality wise, but for it being so new I thinking training when handling food ( of any kind) is definitely lacking! I watched a female employee in the back through the small window , play on her phone with gloves on, then proceed to walk away and return with a new container of strawberries, open it, cut some and put on bowl , not change gloves , no washing of the strawberries ,the whole visual was so Unsanitary! I brought it to cashiers attention.. what I saw and she was dismissive and said she would talk to her ! I’m like look she’s still on her phone , handling fresh unwashed fruit with the same nasty gloves on! I was so irritated and walked out with a $13 bowl that was tossed in the garbage! I have not returned ! I called Nekter customer service , gentleman on phone was super friendly and concerned since it was a new location, said owner or manager should contact via email or phone call . Never received either ! I guess I’ll be making my 20 minute treks up to lake pleasant!! ( update 2nd location in Surprise just opened on Bell !!! ) letsssss gooo Hope PV Nekter location figures it out !!

Just opened, store is clean a few places to sit and enjoy your healthy snack. Pictured Acai mango bowl and Pink Flamingo smoothie. The bowl is flavorful with no real bitter Acai taste and also has banana, mango, and coconut water blended in. Comes topped with strawberry, banana, pineapple, hempseed and granola. Smoothie is Dragonfruit base with strawberry, pineapple, coconut water and Agave blend. Pricy? Maybe but what isn't today.its really good and worth it... ENJOY

I was looking forward to enjoying an Açaí bowl when I found a really long strand of hair in my bowl. Completely took away my appetite and threw it all away. Very disappointed.

Soooo disappointed. I am such a fan of Nektar and so happy for this location to open. By far the worst location I’ve been to!!!! I frequent Lake Pleasant-67th Beardsley and a couple on east side. I now will have to continue to drive further for better product. Tim the owner has chastised his staff in front of me and behind doors on making my bowls too full. What an insult when paying 12.00. Some bowls come half full and have very little topping. My protein bowl had no peanut butter. They added apples not requested and some red seed like items I have no idea what they were. Very disappointed. Looking forward to the next new location on Litchfield and Bell. Hope they don’t take any advise from this owner

This is by far the best Nekter I’ve ever been too and I’ve been to many. Bowls juices customer service is always perfect everytime

So excited they opened in Surprise! I had the pumpkin bowl it was delicious! I’m excited to try the 6 day cleanse!

Just came in for the soft launch, and this place amazing, had the Toxin Flush, and the mango Delight. The orange Crush was great as well. This place will be opening up tomorrow 7am. So I highly suggest that you give this place a try. Julie is amazing and super Friendly. I will be back. I suggest that you come in for Bowls, Smoothies, juices, and wellness shots. Come try one.
