Normally I've never had a problem with this particular store, however I ordered the new PBJ bowl. From reading the description it showed that peanut butter was supposed to be drizzled on top, but there wasn't any peanut butter.

Easy. I ordered online and picked up my order about 5 minutes prior to the estimated ready time. I was greeted with a smile by a nice young lady when I entered the restaurant and she proceeded to swiftly assist me. I ordered 2 mango acai bowls and they were very tasty and refreshing. A perfect dinner on a hot Phoenix summer day.

Everything was great, I placed my order online, it was ready when I arrived and the staff was friendly! Acai bowl is refreshing and I'll be back to try other menu items.

The app was not useful. I wanted to add a scoop of pb on my bowl. The app didn't have the option. The employee said after submitting order to just call and tell them. Well i think that defeats the app and picking up order. The app cancled the order on me for no reason, so had to redo it and wait even though i was planing on just picking up. The bowls are really good but too expensive

Loved the açaí bowls and how clean the storefront was. One order was incorrect with the wrong toppings but the other three were made as asked.
