I ordered the Popeyes açai with whey protein and it was so fresh and yummy. 😋

Ordered the bowls and never got my free bowl.

I love Necter , but hate that lately they have been using over ripe bananas in my bowls that I order. They are so brown and mushy!

Well I do love my acai bowl from your location I don't like that I received an email that said that if I ordered three I would get one free and I didn't get it.

It's typically good as I frequently visit this location, however this last time the fruit tasted like heavy chemicals like it wasn't cleaned in fruit and veggie cleaner ( I know the difference cleaned vs not cleaned). I had another person to try it without saying anything and they said "what's wrong with the strawberries" So I know it wasn't just me. This needs to be looked at so no one gets sick. Also when ordering extra chia pudding why is it put on the side in cups instead of inside the bowl? If I order extra it should be placed inside with the rest of the pudding.Other than that the staff is always pleasant and my order is always correct

Smoothie bowls are great but there is really no variety. It’s always the same 9 options. Anytime there’s a “promotion” like the pitaya bowl or raspberry bowl, it lasts a week and then we’re back to the same old options. Would be nice to be able to customize or at least get more permanent promotional items. In store service is always fantastic, the employees are always kind and welcoming. I’ve asked for help with the app a few times as well and the in store employees were a huge help!

Bowl was good. I wish you would not offer a 7am pickup time if you are not able to accommodate that. Give me an honest time so I can decide whether or not that time works for my schedule.
