Worst Nékter location ever. It’s a Sunday and the app and online says they are open till 6pm. Placed an order and drove all the way over there for the location to be closed at 515pm. The workers here are the lousiest and laziest people

Not sure why my first review has disappeared from a year ago. I tried coming back to this place after a year and they closed before their stated closing time. The first time I came here, the açaí bowl was horrible, which is symbolic for the direction this franchise/location has gone. I will not be coming back here. Unreliable in service and standards of expectations.

Excited they were gonna be in the neighborhood but the service is slow and they close BEFORE their regular hours with no sign or notice.

Ordered two açai bowls and they didn’t put bananas or blueberries, barely any peanut butter, and açai mix is not great. It’s frustrating when 2 out of the 3 fruit ingredients are missed and they don’t even bother to tell you. Paid $12/each for the açai bowls, which is pricey, so the least they can do is include the proper ingredients listed.

The wait was awful. There was one employee and we had to wait 45 minutes for 2 açaí bowls.

Uber Eats/Doordash drivers BEWARE! When I got there today at around 12:20pm to pick up an order, the one guy was in the middle of making someone else's order, I waited 5 minutes until he was free. I was next in line and there was another customer that had arrived after me, I told him I had a delivery order and he said he needed to help the other customer in line before making my order so it would take 10 minutes. I said: But I am first in line. And he said he needed to take the other person's order anyway. I understand it's only him working but the way he insisted he had to help someone else before me looked so bad especially because the other customer was black so it felt like discrimination against me and favoritism towards the other person. I simply walked away. Very rude behavior, plus the other customer called me ridiculous. I will not accept delivery orders from this place because of the employee's prejudice.
