I visited this location during their regular hours, expecting to place an order in person. However, I was told they were only accepting online orders. When I asked why, I was informed they were out of a lot of items, though the drink I wanted didn’t appear to be unavailable. I asked if I could place an online order from my phone while in the store, and the employee, rather than being helpful, rolled her eyes and reluctantly said, “Sure.”
This was my first visit, and I had gone out of my way to try this place. After that interaction, I decided to leave without placing an order. It was a disappointing experience, and I’m not sure I’ll be returning.
Arrived Sunday morning December 8th 7:10 AM, I went in to order a drink called the buzz because I enjoy the ginger in it with the oranges, carrots 🥕 🍊 Long story short, the she said that they were out of the buzz.. I was very disappointed. The lady didn’t seem to care or wanna upsell 🤷🏻♂️
So happy to have a Nektar in the neighborhood but they typically staff this place with just one person which means they are always overworked and juggling too many orders. Be ready to wait in a small shop with no seating if you come to order in person.
Very good smoothies but they never put what you ask them to add in your smoothie!! I paid extra for cocoa nibs I want them in my smoothie please! This has happened twice and I’ve just ended up throwing the smoothies away. I’ll just start making my smoothies at home or go to a different location.
I’m so happy to have a Nékter location here now! It’s a little more effort to get in and out of the building but they have plenty of parking. Amy made my drink just right, even though it was a little complicated, and she was super nice about it. Thank you!
