I wrote in to Nekter regarding this location and got no response. They should definitely take note from these Google reviews. I was so excited when this opened near me because I have always loved Nekter, but I have been repeatedly disappointed on multiple fronts. Don’t waste your time or money! Everything about it sucks.
I ordered a protein bowl, it was not busy when I was there yet the açaí was watery, I had huge strawberry chucks that had not been properly sliced same as the banana, the peanut butter was in a scoop form and did not blend evenly in the bowl as it usually does. Honestly I want my money back, when the woman behind the counter handed me my bowl it didn’t have a lid on it and there’s not where to sit so I couldn’t have sat down to eat even if I wanted to, I asked for a lid and a bag and she seemed annoyed, customer experience was bad but the food was worse
They were out of some of the menu options unfortunately, as other reviewers have mentioned. My smoothie was also lacking in flavor which is also unfortunate considering the price tag of $15. The young lady who helped me was really nice however but overall I have to agree with other reviewers that this location isnt as good as the others.
They might have had a rough time while they were just opening up, but I have seen the staff and management step up and do their best over the last few months, and the location have improved into a great location. Keep up the great work.
