I don’t think the drink I ordered is the drink I received. I have ordered this many times at other Nekter locations but this time it tasted (taste and thickness) like a jar of peanut butter:(

I’ve been under the weather for the past week and was craving some fresh juice. I placed an online order with a pick up time of 4pm and asked my son to grab it on his way home from work. Well he ended up working a bit after his shift and picked up my order 30 min past the pick up time. I was expecting him to bring me a warm juice but to my surprise it was cold! Whether they keep all orders cold until picked up or only those that are late, I’m not sure but I was impressed that they kept it cold. As small as this gesture may have been their attention to detail made my day. Happy customer.
Good as always. My son arrived 30 min past what i scheduled the pick up for so I was shocked that my drink was cold when he brought it home. Thank you.
They had an early morning big order and the busted their buns to get it done. Appreciate them. ❤️

Placed my order at 0836, got there at 9:01 am and my order was not looked at or ready. When I got there, nobody was at the front and my order was sitting on the printer still, Two young workers came out from a back room. Didn’t even apologize or make it a point to make the customer feel welcomed after basically messing around.
