Juicer broken down a half hour before close. Employee took out the trash and did not wash hands afterwards before making smoothie. Smoothie did not have enough liquid base and viscosity was too thick. Employees need training!
No one was behind the counter. I waited for like 10 min. Maybe get a bell or something.

I really enjoy the acai bowls. I just feel like the people making the orders don't pay attention to the substitutions when I order online. I just really wish they would pay attention to that so I could get what I specifically ordered.

I enjoy the smoothies I receive, however the consistency of the smoothie isn’t always the same depending on the location. Same goes with the staff. The Tatum/Bell location in Phoenix is closer to my house but sometimes I drive to Desert Ridge because the staff there is significantly friendlier. The ones at Tatum and Bell always hide in the back office, don’t smoke, are not welcoming, and barely speak. It’s usually the same 4 employees I see working there.

It's always fine but your app is a bit frustrating. no big deal! But it will say that you have a reward for a free shot with purchase, but it won't work online. Then I went in the store to scan it, but I ended up needing to pay $3 for it lol. Was just an awkward interaction and I just ended up paying for it. But yeah I would just say the only downside is the app rewards! Drinks are always good.
