Only downside is the price, but normally when food is worthwhile, the price will be higher. That is very much the case here.

I love this place! I’m trying to watch my diet and discovered Nekter. Their ingredients are SO fresh and the combos they use in their smoothies and bowls are so good!! I’ve given up my daily Starbucks run to get Nekter instead! Totally worth it and the employees there seem so kind!
Smoothie bowl was tasty. I was excited to try this place, so I ordered ahead for my lunch break (at 2pm so not typical rush hours). My ETA was 15 minutes, but it took 35 minutes to get my smoothie bowl from the time I ordered (20 mins past the pick up). There were people who ordered in the restaurant after I walked in that got their orders before me, which was the worst part…

Just what you'd expect from a juice bar, smoothies, fresh juices, acai bowls, etc. Took a long time to get a green juice and a smoothie. I know quality is more costly, but imo, it was very expensive. Aside from that, juice and smoothie were good.
Nekter is a gem to have nearby ! Everything is freshly made and the bowls and smoothies are to die for. I’m obsessed with their cleanses as well. The customer service is top notch and it’s a great place to hang out. Even the kids love it! I especially appreciate that there are no mixes, everything is fresh and delicious every time. I always feel so healthy after Nekter. I’ve had Nekter over a dozen times and am pleased every time. Personally i love that I can order ahead on the app since im always on the go and my freshly made high quality bowl or smoothie is waiting for me. There’s even coloring for my littles and they love the smoothies and bowls. Highly recommend !!
We ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Nekter. Delicious and healthy every time. Protein power is my favorite with Chia Pudding. Toxin flush with extra ginger. Love the new shots and the cleanse is awesome too!!! My daughter and I head there b4 I take her to the HS and she gets the mango bowl. Her favorite.

As I type this post I am still waiting for the one juice I ordered...51 minutes ago. There was only 4 people infront of me. I'm sure some online orders got in the way. But 1 hour wait for 1 juice is absurd. After reading some other reviews it seems that this is a constant problem. Management should review their systems and processes for faster service.
Terrible service.. poor management.. unprofessional owner.. she was so casual about delaying my cleanse order over and over again.. i know for a fact that people who had ordered after me have received their bags.. she keeps asking me to cancel my order and take refund.. disappointment..

I wish I was able to fulfill your 4 day cleanse order, but I did not have all all the product needed (24 bottles) to fulfill your 4 day cleanse. As discussed, your friend's order required less product, so we were able to fulfill hers (we had a 2 day supply vs a 4 day supply you needed) After reading your review, I am saddened to hear you feel this way. Our team stay in contact & informed you each day of any status we had regarding your order. We offer refunds because we are mindful of our customers schedules, especially since cleansing can require prepping & scheduling on their part- and if we miss that window, we would like to help adjust your order for you. I love the vibe and ambience here. Located in downtown Barrington this is my go to spot for fresh juices. They have a nice seating area inside.
So far I have tried the recovery, the buzz , and the green apple detox . Each of the juices were so refreshing and tasted amazing. I can't wait to go back and try their smoothies and açaí bowls.

My husband and I have been here the last two weekends and the bowls and smoothies we’ve had have been delicious!!! Definitely our new go to spot!

So I went in today at 10:55am. There was one lady ahead of me, I ordered and the wait was painfully long. I didn't leave until almost
11:20. The ironic thing there was a lady who called in an order supposed to be ready a
11:15 she was still waiting for it when I left. People's time is valuable. Not sure if I will go back.

Unfortunately, fresh menu items will take 10-15 mins depending on a variety of factors (app orders ahead of you, training team members, etc). We pride ourselves in quality over speediness, and value our customers very much! Our app is great for pre-ordering, and avoiding the in store wait.
